Product appreciation period
According to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, there is a 7-day product appreciation period (7 days including holidays) from the time the product is in your hands.
The day after the product is released is counted as the "first day" and includes holidays. If the seventh day falls on a holiday, it will be postponed to the next working day.
If you need to return the product, please contact the customer service staff on the seventh day after receiving the product and provide information such as "name", "order number", "contact number", "name of returned or exchanged product", "reason for exchange and photo" , the customer service staff will assist you in returning or exchanging the goods after receiving it.
If you have a paper invoice, you will receive the "Purchase Invoice" when returning the goods.

Return Instructions
Returned goods must be unopened and used, and there must be no damage or malfunction caused by human defects. The 7-day appreciation period of the Consumer Protection Law requires you to doubt and confirm whether the product meets your needs. This is not the trial period of the product.
If you need to return (exchange) goods, please keep the complete original packaging (including outer packaging carton), otherwise the return will not be accepted.
⚠️Please note that returns cannot be accepted under the following circumstances:
● It has been more than 7 days since the product was received
● The product has been opened and used, or has been damaged due to human factors.
● The packaging of the returned goods is incomplete, or the invoices and accessories are missing.
●If the pet does not like to eat or the palatability is not suitable, returns (exchanges) will not be accepted.
Return process
① Please contact our customer service staff through FB/IG/LINE/official website message or call the customer service hotline ☎︎ 03-3610957, leave your customer information and order number, and a dedicated person will help you handle it as soon as possible
② Confirm whether the product can be returned
Returns ➡︎Must fill in all goods (including gifts), shipping orders, paper invoices and other information and pack them in one package
Exchange ➡︎ Receive all products and complete packaging of delivery orders (invoice required)
③ Prepare complete products and invoices
④ Provide collection time, contact information and address
⑤ Recycling will be carried out by logistics entrusted by the store
Refund instructions
● Use "Credit Card Payment" to refund the specific credit card
● Use "7-11 Overstock Payment" or "Cash on Delivery" to refund to your bank account. Please confirm by yourself at the bank or by swiping your passbook
